A Vandalia Heritage Foundation theater restoration project in Tucker County continues to enjoy earmarks from Rep. Alan Mollohan, D-W.Va. Mollohan earmarked $150,000 for the Cottrill’s Opera House restoration project, located in Thomas, W.Va.
