Tomblin, Maloney get out the vote

CHARLESTON — Senate President and Acting Governor Earl Ray Tomblin, the Democratic nominee in the Oct. 4 special election for West Virginia’s next governor, leads Republican businessman Bill Maloney 47 percent to 46 percent, with 7 percent. Both candidates were in Charleston, WV, for Get Out The Vote efforts.
